By engaging with any of these, you confirm your agreement to these Terms, regardless of whether you have read them in full. Note: If you choose a payment plan for a purchase, you are obligated to complete all payments. Failure to do so may lead to your account being forwarded to a collection agency, which could negatively impact your credit rating.

Use and Consent By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Products, or Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Non-Refundable Deposit: Participants acknowledge and agree that any deposits paid are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Participants understand that up to 50% of the fee, excluding the deposit, is refundable if a request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Beyond this 7-day window, all fees become non-refundable.

Liability: Participants agree that Kira Edu is not responsible for any illness, injury, damages, losses, delays, or disruptions in participating in the program that result from circumstances outside the Company's control. In such instances, participants may be offered the chance to join the next available group, subject to availability.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Programs, Products, Services, and materials are protected under copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. Upon purchasing or accessing these materials, participants are granted limited, non-transferable rights for personal, non-commercial use.

Permitted Use

Participants may download and/or print materials exclusively for personal use. Redistribution, resale, or mass reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Use

Participants may not modify, copy, reproduce, upload, distribute, translate, or create derivative works from our materials in ways that infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Confidentiality

All Programs, Products, and Services have been developed with substantial investment, making them proprietary to Kira Edu. Participants agree not to:

• Use or represent them as their own creations.

Violations of these confidentiality rules may result in legal action, including claims for damages or criminal prosecution.

Limitations on Linking and Framing Links to the Company’s website or content must not suggest endorsement or sponsorship. Framing or in-line linking of Company content requires prior written authorization.

Media Release
